Hi! I'm Alex Sgobbo — a photographer and content creator and the eye behind NYC Social Snaps. Based in Brooklyn, NY, I work with people, restaurants, coffee shops, brands and organizations across the city to make photography and video that tells real stories and actually connects.

My work spans it all: portrait and lifestyle sessions, food and restaurant shoots, events, brand and commercial campaigns, and content and video built for the scroll. Every shoot is different, because every story is — one day it's a chef mid-service, the next it's a portrait in Manhattan or a brand campaign that has to stop you in your tracks. Whatever's in front of the lens, I bring the same energy to it, from first concept to final edit.

Off the clock, you'll find me exploring new places and cultures, catching a film, or making music.

Let's make something.
